Doraswamy’s ‘Vengamamba’ into 2nd schedule

Meena the top heroine of 90’s has returned to bigscreen in and as ‘Vengamamba’. Produced by the head of VMC, V.Doraswamy Raju, in the direction of Uday Bhaskar the movie is through its first schedule of shooting and the second schedule is underway.
Enumerating on the progress of the film producer Doraswamy Raju said “We have launched the movie on 21 March and continued to film till 31 March. With this the first schedule has been completed. The second schedule has been commenced on 15 April.”
16 songs have been recorded so far, and the makers planned to record 4 more songs and poetic verses in this current schedule. This marks 50 percent completion of the movie. Dubbing, editing and re-recording works will also be done during this schedule.
Works for the second half will begin in May, partly filming in the locales of Tirupati.
This adopted biography of Tharigonda Vengamamba, an ardent devotee of Sri Tirumala Venkateswara Swamy, has the music composed by MM Keeravani, and lyrics from the compositions of Annamayya, Vengamamba and also by Veturi and Vedavyas.
The makers have planned release the audio on 7 June at Vengamamba Kalamantapam in Swetha Building located in Tirupati. The movie will get ready for release in July.
Meena as Vengamamba, the movie has Saikiran playing the deity Venkateswara Swamy, the supporting cast includes Sharathbabu, Ranganath, LB Sriram, Rallapalli, Subbaraya Sharma, Giribabu, Ananth , Velu, Sudha, Sivaparvathi, Ragini.

Wildlife films: The Zoo has a good collection of wildlife and nature related films. They are exhibited free of cost at the visitors center.
Nature trails: Since the zoo forms a part of the reserved forest and is a treasure-trove of free ranging fauna. It is proposed to develop nature trails in the area around the zoo . When fully developed interested persons, school children and students from various educational institutions can enjoy trekking and camping , thus experiencing nature first hand !
