Need a web designer to work from Tirupati

We looking for a web designer for a minimum 6 month/1 year contract (possible extension) who has below requirements,

Required skills:  Adobe Photo Shop, Flash
Optional: PHP, HTML
Min exp: 1 year
Salary: Rs: 5000/month
