Position: ZBM – Sales – Across AP (Manager / Sr. Manager Level)
Segment: Prepaid Sales
Location: Tirupathi
Salary
10.00 – 14.00 lacs
Qualification:
MBA full time with good premier institute. Correspondence and part time MBA are not eligible.
Experience & Exposure:
- Should have 10 – 18 years of sales and distribution experience in Telecom / FMCG.
- Also the current working company should be in FMCG with Past Experience in Telecom.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for prepaid sales in Andhra pradesh zone.
- Handling a Team of Territory Managers, Floor Managers, Technical, Project, and Administrative Executives at Zonal office.
- Establishing channel sales network of distributors, LMP’s and retailers in allotted area.
- Responsible for launching Cell cities (Aircel Exclusive Showrooms) across Andhra Pradesh (Tirupathi),
- Responsible for Business operations and managed to deliver sales and revenue targets as per AOP despite Network and Product and tough Caf Compliance in the assigned territory.
- Responsible for the Regulatory Compliance and its smooth application in the assigned territory.
- Responsible for the product availability, product knowledge, retail penetration and depth in the entire zone.
- Ensuring high level of retail visibility through optimal usage of merchandising resources.
- Constantly, Tracking and analyzing competition including tariffs, trade schemes and promotions, advertising and using this data to support decision making and designing innovative schemes to increase sales.
